3. Prepaid Packages (Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable)

  • Prepaid treatment packages and similar pre-purchase offers are non-refundable and non-transferrable, except as required under applicable consumer laws.

  • Prepaid packages may only be used by the person they were purchased for and cannot be gifted, assigned or transferred to another person.

  • Expiry dates (if specified at the time of purchase) apply to all prepaid packages. Any unused sessions after the expiry date may be forfeited.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders and bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.

  • We accept secure payments via third-party payment gateways and/or in-clinic payment providers.

  • Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • By submitting an order or booking, you authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown.

5. Shipping & Delivery (if applicable)

  • Delivery timelines for any physical products are estimates only and may vary.

  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
