+ How do I freeze or cancel my membership?
In order to cancel/freeze your membership please fill out the form using the below link. Our customer service team will action this ASAP and email you to confirm. Please note we require 2 weeks notice to freeze or cancel your membership.  Click here

+ What if I want to have my monthly Fayshell before my billing date?
If you choose to attend a treatment earlier than your scheduled billing date, your payment may be processed early.
+ Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — your membership has a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After this period, it will continue month-to-month until you provide written notice to cancel.

+ How do I cancel my membership?
We require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ written notice to cancel your membership.
+ Can I freeze my membership?
Yes — you can freeze your membership by providing at least two (2) days’ notice.
+ Can I share my membership with anyone?
No, while you can gift your monthly treatment to someone else, payments, usage of the LED lounge, and loyalty points are all tied to the account holder.
+ How many LED credits do I get per month?
Memberships include a maximum of eight (8) LED credits per month.
+ What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a facial appointment. If less notice is given, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
+ What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?
If you fail to attend a scheduled facial appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment value.
+ How long can I pause my membership for?
You can pause your membership for up to three (3) months within a calendar year.
+ Are the credits refundable?
No - these are not transferrable or refundable. You must give us 2 weeks notice via cancellation form if you wish to cancel your membership.
