Membership FAQs
How often is my account debited?
Your card will be debited once per month from the card you select to have kept on file. This will be debited from the same day of every month that you have signed up for your membership.
Can I come in for a facial before my payment is due?
Yes, you can! We'll take the payment for that month on the day you come in.
Is there a lock-in period?
Yes, 3 months and following that period it will be month-to-month. We've chosen 3 months as this allows sufficient time for you to see the cumulative benefits of getting monthly facials.
Can I change the card on file?
Yes. You can call us and update your card details over the phone or alternatively next time you're in-store.
Can I move between memberships?
Yes, if for whatever reason you want to move up or down memberships one month we can adjust the payments.
If I miss a month do my credits carry over?
Yes, if you miss a month you can redeem the treatment credits the following month. The credits expire after 60 days.
Can I share my membership with someone?
No, while you can gift your monthly treatment to someone else, payments, usage of the LED lounge, and loyalty points are all tied to the account holder.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months.
