Its innovative mineral powder naturally absorbs excess surface oil without drying the skin, thereby doing double duty as a finishing powder. How To Use
When preparing the Luminizer powder brush for the first use, shake horizontally first.
Next, with the bristles pointing upwards, press the button to release powder into the brush. Note: you will need to press quite a few times to activate. Once activated, avoid pressing the button with the bristles facing the ground and apply in circular motion over the face, neck, décolletage and backs of hands.
